The first Riga Pasaules Film Festival will take place from July 8 to 11 in cinema Kino Bize. The festival will have two international film programs with films and directors from around the world. There will be musical performances and meetings with the festival organizers after the screenings.
Riga Pasaules Film Festival will have the selection of International Documentary Film Festival Millenium and a special two-day program Cine-Scapes. Millenium is a unique international documentary film festival that is taking place in Belgium for several years. The group of curators of Cine-Scapes was led by the anthropologist and filmmaker Carlo Cubero, who will give an introductory lecture on the general theme of Creativity and Innovation.
